FIRE LAUNCH NEW WEBSITE

Louisville, KY-Starting the season with a fresh look on and off the field, the Louisville Fire is debuting their new website currently. The site features a new level of interaction, providing patrons with biographies, pictures, and much more.

Introducing a host of new options, the Fire website brings a complete arena football experience to fans and the community. Under the new team icon, fans can find information and biographies on their favorite player, coach, and wildfire. Wildfire fans can access additional dance team information, in the Wildfire section, which will feature slideshows of each girl and give fans the ability to e-mail their favorite Wildfire. Behind the scenes information on community, sponsorships and support staff for the Fire is also located under the team link.

“The internet has become the most important medium for sports fans to get their news and information. Our new site will allow Fire fans across the country to get all the news and happenings with the Fire, in one location, 24-7,” commented Adam Luken, Fire Assistant General Manager.

Using a multimedia outlet, the Fire will be all-access. Fans can watch coach’s interviews, pre-game videos, and highlights from each game. Everyone will also have the ability to download pictures and videos. Fans can stay up to date by registering to receive The Blazin’ Blitz, the Fire’s newest fan newsletter.

For young Fire fanatics, new games, stories, and puzzles have been added to the line-up in the children’s newsletter, Lil’ Linebackers. Children can also join Tommy’s Kidz, the Louisville Fire kids club.

Fire followers can see first hand how the team is affecting the Louisville area, by visiting the community section. View the players and wildfire members at local schools and businesses; or request an appearance with just a click of the mouse.

Adding to the interactive experience the site will feature online ticket and merchandise purchasing. Fans looking to buy tickets or merchandise for game day, can place their order from the comfort of their home.
