be on 93.9 FM The Ticket ESPN Radio.
“This will be a great partnership
for ESPN Radio and the Fire,” answered Dave
Berryman, President/General Manager of the
Louisville Fire, when asked about the Fire
being on ESPN Radio. “ESPN sets the standard
for reporting on sports via the three mediums
of communication, television, radio, and
internet. Fire fans will have the opportunity
to listen to the Fire games throughout the
2008 season. Through this strategic partnership
Fire fans will have the ability to listen
to the games on an established sports medium.”
“This is a strategic partnership
with the Louisville Fire, especially because
of their growing fan base. Having ESPN Radio
partner with the Fire only makes sense because
ESPN owns 10% of the Arena Football League,”
replied Dugan Ryan, General Manager of ESPN
Radio, when asked about the relationship
with the Fire.
